Here’s what you have to do.
- Find one of ‘Helf on the Shelf’ Cards – they could be anywhere! Look high and low to win a free class.
- Take an ‘elfie with your card, upload it to instagram from your account and tag us in @ThePilatesPod, using the hashtag #helfontheshelf

Whether you find one of our cheeky elves or not, now’s a great time to pop into the studio to meet Michelle, Lisanne, Fiona or Ed – The Pilates Pod Elves! We’re putting together some fantastic bundles so you can treat your friends, family or yourself to something special this year.
Our gift packs make brilliant original presents, and can include vouchers for classes or 1:1s. Pilates is a fun and rewarding way to keep your body strong and flexible for all ages. Many of our members started when they were gifted a voucher at Christmas, beginning a healthy routine that’s lasted months and years beyond Christmas and the New Year.
