Group classes are a fun, affordable way to experience the Pilates Method and all of its fantastic benefits. Private Training is a great option if you want individual, dedicated attention or if you have any injuries, are in pain or are living with neurological or mobility affecting issues.

If you’re a Pilates newbie, or new to the Classical Pilates method, click on the ‘Get Started’ button below.

If you’re already doing Classical Pilates and know your way around a studio – you can join in with our regular group classes.
