How it Works

Your wellness is our top priority at The Pod.

That’s why there are a number of different ways we help you to practice Pilates. From classes in our studio, to private 1:1s – you can even practice from home. Here’s a breakdown of exactly how it works here at The Pilates Pod.

New Client Packs

If you’re new to Pilates, or to the Pod, you’ll need to start with a new client pack. Choose between taking three personal training sessions, or a single personal training session and a class. You’ll learn the basics so you progress to classes.

Studio Classes

We’ve got a wide range of fun and challenging teacher-led classes. Our classes last 55 minutes, and you’ll share the studio with a maximum of 6 other people at any one time. In this way, we can make sure you’re working out to your level and ability.

Virtual Classes

Our virtual classes are a brilliant way to practice Pilates from home, the office, or wherever works for you! Join your class via zoom on your laptop or mobile device, and your teacher will lead you through your varied and challenging class.

Private Training

Working with one of our instructors on a one to one or duet basis, we’ll tailor your sessions to your individual needs and goals. Each session lasts 55 minutes, where we’ll use our wide range of Pilates apparatus so you get the possible results.

Pilates to Suit You!
