Booking Information and eCommerce
When making a booking on our site or making a purchase, as appropriate, you will be asked to enter your full name, email address, date of birth, mailing address, medical health information, phone number, emergency contact details, credit/ debit card information to pay for the sessions/product. This information is used as a client to identify you in your bookings, your medical health information so we can adjust your workout accordingly for health and safety and your benefit, your email address is how we contact and confirm all your bookings, receipts and schedules, your emergency contact person is nominated with their basic contact details in the unlikely event of a medical emergency, we are able to reach a point of contact to notify them.
We may also ask for other details to help you with your experience and for us to ascertain how you heard about. The only information we collect from you is the minimum we need for our site to function and to secure bookings and/or to deliver any products you order. This information is NEVER shared with any other company or person, with the exception of:
– our booking processing company, MINDBODY.
All purchases for sessions, products and gift voucher transactions on this site are securely directed through MINDBODY. We don’t receive, process or store any of your financial information on our server. Your credit card information is NOT stored on our server and only MINDBODY sees your credit card information in a fully secured and encrypted website.
Contact Form Enquiries and Newsletter Subscriptions
You can contact us on this site via our contact form or via our email address directly and also subscribe to our newsletter. We will only use your contact details to provide you with information about our services or any partnership we have exclusive offers with. All messages sent via our contact form are sent with the IP address from the device used to submit the form.
We will not share your personal information with or sell it to third-party marketers.
We do not store enquiries made via our contact form on our server – messages are sent by email, and deleted once contact has been established.
Messages sent through our site are encrypted and protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. Any data sent to us via email enquiry does not get stored without you first becoming a customer and creating an account.
Everyone on our newsletter list should have opted in or signed up to receive emails from us. You may opt out of any future communications from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you have received. Alternatively, you can log in to your personal client account and unticking the email newsletters, or by unsubscribing by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our email newsletter. This does not affect your email notifications for receipts, booking confirmations or notifications of changes to your sessions.
If you wish to restrict or block the cookies which are set by our website, or indeed any other website, you can do this through your browser settings. The ‘Help’ function within your browser should tell you how. You can get advice on deleting and controlling cookies from AboutCookies.org.
Amending and Deleting Personal Data
You have the right of access to, and the right to correct any inaccuracies in personal information we may hold about you. You can access your client account at any point by logging in with your email address and the password you created when you set up your account. If this was created for you in store, an online login password can be created for you, of which you can change, in order for you to have full access to managing your own account online. Please contact us if you wish to do this. You can also ask us to delete any information we have about you or if you have set up an account with us via MINDBODY, you can login to your account to amend information or delete it.
