There are two different ways to pay:

Pay as you go & Packs

Benefits of Membership
- Priority booking for session up to 12 months in advance.
- Cheapest prices compared to PAYG, Packs.
- All memberships also include a HALF PRICE voucher every month for you to gift to friends & family. This can be redeemed against group sessions. Earn yourself a Free 1:1 when you’ve introduced 4 people to The Pilates Pod. (You could get yourself 3 FREE 1:1’s every year!)
- Membership only newsletter, special offers and invitations that others do not get.
- Freeze or Swap: You may freeze your membership for 1 payment in any twelve month period or you can swap your group membership allowance for one PT session.
- Rolling month to month contract.
- Card payment processed monthly based on your start date.
- Session allowance to be used within each month.

PAY AS YOU GO & PACKS
Session allowance to be used within the expiry dates shown below:
- Pay as you go – 1 drop in session – Use within 2 weeks of purchase.
- Pack of 5 – Use within 8 weeks of purchase.
- Pack of 10 – Use within 16 weeks of purchase.
- You may purchase a credit pack extension to add one month to your pack expiry at a cost of £35.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Membership prices are pro rata reduced for the start month depending on when you join then full price from 1st of next month.
Please note the expiry dates of your credits. Sessions start their expiry from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
Sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used within the expiry period or they are automatically forfeited. A credit extension is however available to purchase for classes and PT costing £35 for a one-month extension from the original expiry date. You can only purchase one extension per block of credits. If you do not show or cancel late, sessions will be charged. If you wish to cancel your place within the Duet Private Training, the remaining partner will need to cancel theirs or purchase a single 1:1. Monthly sessions are for the rolling month of which your membership date started. For PT sessions, we advise you to choose your preferred teacher and book in sessions with them, using alternative teachers where necessary for substitute sessions or cover.
