Getting started with Pilates at The Pilates Pod
At The Pilates Pod, we believe that one size doesn’t fit all! We ‘re passionate about giving you a truly authentic approach to Pilates, and for you to get the most from your training with us. We are an inclusive-fitness studio. We believe in body positivity and that Pilates is about progress, not perfection. Our classes are small but perfectly formed with a maximum of just seven people in a class.
There are 2 ways for you to start Pilates with us
Both options are designed to give you a great introduction to the basics of Pilates on the mat and using our Classical apparatus with spring resistance for tone, strength and support. Perfect for anyone who would love to try Pilates for the first time, for anyone who may have done Pilates but not in a Classical studio before, and for those wishing to return to Pilates after a break.
BEGINNERS GROUP CLASSES
- 4 consecutive weeks of basic classes.
- Apparatus and Matwork
- Affordable way to start
- An all-round general Pilates introduction
1:1 PRIVATE TRAINING
- Individual instruction, all-eyes on you!
- Work at your own pace
- Sessions tailored to your body and needs.
- 3 x 55 minutes 1:1 sessions
3x 55 minute 1:1’s to use within 2 weeks from the first session. Sessions available 7 days a week, availability permitting. New Client Packages are available with Heidi, Fiona, and Michelle only.
