We are here to make you fitter and stronger but we can only do that with your commitment. To ensure you get the most out of your training we recommend you attend a minimum of 1-2 times per week.

Memberships (Our most popular option)

Our sessions are attended on a class credit basis, given each month depending on your membership level. All class credits are valid for the whole month, so if you cancel a class (with 24 hours notice), you have the entire month to reuse that credit as you wish. All of our memberships are open ended, with 30 days notice on cancellations.

All of our membership credits can be used against any class types and will be prebooked in advance for you. You will have full access and control to manage/change/book your classes via our online booking system.

Class Credit Packs

Our Class Credit Packs give you the flexibility to come as often as you like, when you like and for what sessions you like.

Mat classes = 2 credits. Apparatus classes = 3 credits.  A top up credit (1 credit) is available to purchase at a cost of £8 in the event that your current pack does not have enough total credits for the class you wish to attend.

* Please note the expiry dates of your credits. Credits start their expiry from date of purchase unless stated otherwise. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used within the expiry period or they are automatically forfeited. A credit extension is however available to purchase for classes and PT costing £25 for a one month extension from the original expiry date. You can only purchase one extension per block of credits.
