At The Pilates Pod, we believe that one size doesn’t fit all! We’re passionate in giving you a truly authentic approach to Pilates and FOR YOU to get the most OUT of your training with us. We are an inclusive fitness studio that believes in body positivity and that Pilates is about progress not perfection.
Our New Client packages will give you an Introduction to Pilates through the fundamental concepts and principles, teach you how to move from your powerhouse, give you a safe guided introduction to Pilates movement and the apparatus, and help you with any special modifications that apply to you as an individual.
Pilates is a system, a disciple and we will help you to help yourself move well and learn about your body through Pilates. An introduction is an important first step in your learning so that when you move on, you don’t feel like a fish out of water!

New Client Intro Packages
Package 1: A 55 minute 1:1 plus 1 Group Class
Enjoy a 55 minute 1:1 session. Get a proper introduction to Pilates, it’s key concepts and be introduced to the basics on the Mat, Reformer, High Chair, Cadillac and Wall. Suitable if you are fit and healthy.
Saving up to £25!
2 week expiry date from the first session. Can also be taken as Virtual 1:1’s via Zoom.
Package 2: 3 x 55 minute 1:1 sessions
A deeper Pilates introduction. Benefit from 3 x 55 min 1:1 sessions for a personalised 1:1 programme across all the matwork and apparatus in the basic Classical system. Suitable for a more indepth intro and if you have any issues, pain, medical conditions, pregnant or early less than 9 months postnatal.

2 week expiry from the first session. Can also be taken as Virtual 1:1’s via Zoom.
