Working with one of our highly skilled teachers, our 1-1 Sessions are the most effective way to focus on your personal needs and goals.

In your 1:1 session we will take you through the full classical pilates repertoire and teach you exactly how the exercises should be executed and are tailored for your body to maximise your results. Working with the reformer, tower, barrels, spine correctors, pedi pole, hand weights, sandbags, high chairs, fascia balls, ladder barrel, neck stretcher, wunda chair, rollers, magic circles, foot corrector, toe correctors and more to help you rebalance your body.
